EVJudge Terms of Use
By using EVJudge (evjudge.com, the web app at evjudge.com/app, and the EVJudge mobile apps — together, "the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. It's free, so the terms are short.
1. Estimates are informational only
EVJudge produces estimates built from public averages and your own inputs. They are provided for general information and comparison only. They are not financial, tax, legal, or purchasing advice, and they are not quotes or offers. Real-world prices, insurance premiums, electricity and gas rates, taxes, fees, incentives, resale values, and your driving all vary. Verify every number that matters to you before making any purchase decision. Each data point in the app shows its source and "as of" date so you can check it yourself.
2. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong; the Service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of EVJudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of money, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including decisions to buy, sell, keep, finance, or insure any vehicle. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.
4. Not affiliated with any manufacturer
EVJudge is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer. Tesla, Model 3 and Model Y are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.; Ioniq, Mustang Mach-E, Equinox, EV6 and Ariya are trademarks of their respective owners. All marks are used only to identify the products being compared (nominative fair use).
5. Referral disclosure
When a comparison favors a Tesla, the app may show the developer's personal Tesla referral link. The developer may receive Tesla credits or other benefits if you order through it; you may receive Tesla's current referral benefit. The link is optional, unlocks nothing in the app, and its terms are set solely by Tesla — verify the current offer before ordering. See the Privacy Policy for how outbound links are handled (spoiler: we learn nothing about your visit).
6. Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent EVJudge's output as an official quote or as manufacturer data, don't scrape or republish the bundled datasets as your own, and don't use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always at this URL with its effective date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OWNER-STATE-TODO, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
